The office is right near the Civil Hospital in Ward No 13 here in Kesri Singh Pur. It’s a busy spot especially in the mornings when the hospital gets crowded and there's a lot of noise outside. I spend most of my day sitting at the desk dealing with Ganganagar district tax filings and general bookkeeping for the folks here. Rajasthan gets really hot in the summer so the fan stays on all day long, even if it makes a bit of a rattling sound. My name is Mohit Goyal and I’ve been running this small accounting setup for a while. People stop in after they finish their hospital visits or if they live nearby in the ward. I don't have a big team or a receptionist answering phones. It’s usually just me checking the numbers and making sure everything is filed where it belongs. The walls are a bit plain and I have shelves full of folders from different years that are getting a bit dusty. Some days are busier than others, especially when the deadlines are close and I have to stay late. I drink a lot of tea while I work to keep focused. The 335027 area has its own pace and I’ve gotten used to it over the years. I like being close to the hospital because it’s easy for people to give directions to my place. It’s not a corporate office, just a local room where the work gets done. I try to be thorough with the entries because mistakes just cause more work later on.
