Allied Aviation(Under Etihad Crystal Cargo)

Allied Aviation is based right here in Malappuram. We operate under Etihad Crystal Cargo, which sounds quite formal, but our daily life here is pretty grounded. Our location in the 676319 area is where we handle the logistics and the cargo side of things. Malappuram is a place with a lot of history and a lot of people moving around. We spend a lot of time checking crates and making sure paperwork matches up with what’s being shipped. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s important to keep things moving. The office is usually a bit messy with labels and clipboards everywhere. We don't have a team of people in expensive suits. It's mostly just us in our work clothes, trying to make sure nothing gets lost. Sometimes the weather in Kerala makes shipping a bit of a challenge, especially when the monsoon hits and everything gets soaked. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just focus on the boxes and the schedules. If a shipment is late, we're the ones who have to figure out why and fix it. It’s a lot of coordination and a lot of time spent on the phone. We've been in this spot for a while now, and we know the local routes pretty well. It's a steady pace, and we just try to keep up with the demands of the day.
