This is our spot at Chinnangath House in Pullur, which is part of Irinjalakuda in Kerala. It’s a traditional kind of setting, being in a house rather than a tall office block. The greenery around here is great, especially after it rains. We handle various local business needs from this location. It’s a family-oriented vibe because we’ve been in this community for so long. Everyone knows the Chinnangath name around here. We work in the main rooms that have been turned into workspaces. It gets a bit humid, so we rely on the ceiling fans to keep us cool while we work. We don't use any fancy management software or anything, just notebooks and basic computers. Our day starts early before it gets too hot. We usually finish up by the late afternoon. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do make sure we get our tasks done for the people who rely on us. Sometimes we have visitors who just want to sit and talk for a while before getting down to business. That’s just how things are done in this part of India. We value the relationships we have with the local people. It’s a simple life, and the work reflects that.
