Nirman Designs

Nirman Designs is located in Nirman Tower on Calicut Road. We are based in Patterkulam, which is part of the Narukara P.O area in Manjeri, Malappuram. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a place where we sit down and get our design work done. We don't really go for the corporate look. Most of us are just local people who like working in Malappuram. The tower itself is easy to find if you’re driving along Calicut Road. We spend most of our time here, usually with a lot of papers and drawings spread out everywhere. It’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just work together and try to finish things on time. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, so we just keep the fans going and keep at it. Patterkulam is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic outside. We don't write big reports about our vision or anything like that. We just do the tasks that come our way. If you know the Manjeri area, you probably know the building. We’re just regular folks doing regular work every day. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine. We just focus on the drawings and plans we have in front of us.
