Our main office address is Post Box No: 01 in Joda. We are actually located at Unchabali, in the Bamebari area. This part of the country is all about the earth and what’s underneath it. It’s a mining district, so everything revolves around that. We have been here for a long time, dealing with the heavy machinery needed for this kind of work. The roads out here can be rough, and the red dust gets into everything. You can’t keep your truck clean for more than ten minutes. We have a lot of people working with us, but it still feels like a local operation because we are all out here in the heat together. The office is practical. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the mining rules, but the real work happens out in the pits and on the roads. It’s a lot of noise and big engines. When the monsoon hits, the whole place turns into a mud pit, and things get even harder. But we stay through it. We aren't some city firm with polished floors. Our floors are covered in footprints from boots that have been in the dirt all day. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we know. We just focus on keeping the machines running and the work moving forward. There is always something that needs fixing or a new site that needs clearing. It’s a long day, every day.
