Pharma Point

Down here at Dharstra Chowk in Naya Bazar, things are always moving. Pharma Point is situated right in this part of Town Jaleswar. It’s a busy corner, and there is always noise from the street. We’ve got the shop set up near the post office in Jaleswar, so it's a central spot for many people. Every morning we open up Pharma Point and start getting things ready for the day. The shelves are packed tight because we try to keep a bit of everything on hand. In Naya Bazar, you never know what someone might be looking for, so we keep the stock levels high. The floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking in and out over the years. We don't mind. It shows people are using the shop. Dharstra Chowk is a landmark that everyone knows, so we just tell people we are right there. Sometimes the rain comes down hard in Town Jaleswar and we have to pull the shutters down halfway to keep the water out of the shop. It’s just part of life here. Pharma Point is a simple name for a simple place. We don't have fancy computer systems for everything; we still use a lot of paper and pens to keep track of things. It works for us. People come by after visiting the market in Naya Bazar. We take our time with each person before they head back into the Jaleswar traffic.
