Odisha Power Systems Pvt. Ltd is based out of Janla, specifically on Valley Road in the Jhumpura area. This part of Jatni can get a bit dusty because of all the trucks and movement on the roads, especially since we are in the Khorda district where there is always some kind of construction or transport happening. Our office is a straightforward building that sits right on the road. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern glass partitions. It’s mostly just concrete floors, some sturdy metal desks, and a lot of heavy equipment parts sitting in the back. We spend a lot of time dealing with power issues and technical drawings, so the place is usually covered in papers and blueprints. The guys here usually wear work boots because of the terrain outside. It’s a busy environment but not in a "corporate" way. It’s more of a hands-on, get-your-hands-dirty kind of place. We have a small area where we eat our lunch together, and the conversation is usually about the work or what’s happening in the local village. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here from the main city, but we like the space we have. We aren't trying to impress anyone with our decor; we just focus on making sure the systems we handle are doing what they are supposed to do every single day.
