This branch is located in Inchol, which you get to via Hatadih in the Keonjhar district. It’s more of a personal setup here, with Ranjan Kumar Nayak handling things on the ground. We are tucked away in this part of Orissa, far from the big city lights. It’s a very rural, quiet place compared to some of our other locations. The office is basically just a room where we keep our records and manage the local side of the alloy operations. In a small place like Inchol, everyone knows who is doing what, so we don't need signs or big offices. We just do our bit and keep the wheels turning. The pace of life here is a bit slower, which we don't mind. We deal with the local transport and the supply issues that come with being in a remote spot. It’s a lot of manual tracking and staying in touch with the main office. We don’t have a website or any fancy tech. It’s mostly just notebooks and a lot of phone calls to make sure things are moving. The weather can be tough and the roads aren't always great, but we’ve been here long enough to handle it. It’s just us doing the job day in and day out in this corner of the state. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. It keeps us occupied and the community is good. We just keep our heads down.
