Concrete Brick Making Machine

Out here in Ukhunda village, things move a bit slower than in the city, but it’s still plenty busy at our spot near the railway station. We are focused on these concrete brick making machines, and you can see the results of our work piled up around the yard. It’s a dusty place, as you might expect with all the cement and sand being moved around. The sound of the trains coming into the Ukhunda station is our daily clock. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Most of the guys here are from the nearby areas, so we all know each other well. We don't spend much time in an office; most of the day is spent out on the floor checking the molds and making sure the engines are running properly. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We sell these machines to people who want to start their own small businesses, often in other villages nearby. It’s a practical business. We don't have any fancy brochures or big sales pitches. If the machine works well and makes a solid brick, that’s all that matters to the people who come to see us. The station being so close makes it easy for folks to find us, even if they aren't from this part of the district. It’s just a rural workshop doing its thing.
