Vedanta Alumina

Vedanta Alumina is located out in Bamanipal. We are set up at the F.A.P. site, care of C.S. Sahoo. This is in the Keonjhar district, and our post office is also Bamanipal with the pin 758082. It is a bit of a remote area compared to the big towns, but that is where the work takes us. We are surrounded by the industrial landscape here in Keonjhar. The office is part of the larger F.A.P. complex. It can be a very dusty place, especially with all the trucks and activity around the plant. We do not have a fancy corporate office with carpets or glass walls. It is a practical space designed for being right near the actual production. We spend a lot of time on our feet or sitting at simple wooden desks. Being out in Bamanipal means we are close to the people who are doing the heavy lifting every day. We do not put on any airs here. We just go by the name Vedanta Alumina and do our part. The weather can be tough, especially when it's humid, but the crew here is used to it. We deal with the logistics and the daily paperwork that keeps the alumina moving out. It is a very basic operation. If you are looking for us, you have to travel into the Keonjhar district and find the Bamanipal area. It is a hardworking environment, nothing more and nothing less. Just people doing their jobs.
