Tribeni Engineers is based out of Barbil in Orissa. It’s a mining area, so everything around here has that gritty, hardworking feel to it. We don’t have a fancy office with carpets and air conditioning in every corner. It’s a practical space suited for the kind of engineering work that happens in a place like Barbil. The dust from the mines is just part of life here, and you can see it on the windows. We’ve been here in India for a long time. The team is made up of people who understand the local terrain and the way things work in Orissa. We don’t really go for big speeches or polished brochures. Our work is what it is. We show up in the morning, check what needs doing, and get started. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. Barbil is a tough town, but we like it. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and parts, but we know where everything is. It’s not about looking good for visitors; it’s about getting the repairs or the builds done on time. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to handle the workload. If you are in Barbil, you’ll find us easily enough. We’re just a local engineering shop doing our bit in the middle of the mining district. We’ve seen the seasons change many times from this same desk.
