We are located in Kendujhar Town, right at Plot No-142-904. Smart Agro Initiative Private Limited is the name on the door. Living and working here in Keonjhar means you get used to the pace of life pretty quickly. It's not like the big cities, and we prefer it that way. We focus on agro projects, which usually means a lot of time spent figuring out what seeds or tools people actually need. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just trying to make the day-to-day stuff a bit easier for the folks around here. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. Most of the people working here are locals who have been around farming their whole lives. We talk to neighbors and friends about what’s happening in the fields and try to plan accordingly. There are days when the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it. It’s part of the job. We didn't start this to get rich or anything, just to have a solid business that supports the area.
