Siddhiriddhi Hatchery Private Limited

Siddhiriddhi Hatchery is located on the first floor of a building in Madhapur, Keonjhar. Our plots are 404/612 and 406/613. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but that's where we have our main office and some of the smaller incubation setups. Running a hatchery in Keonjhar means we have to stay on top of the temperature and humidity all the time. It’s a lot of responsibility. We spend our days checking on the eggs and making sure the equipment is humming along like it should. Sometimes the power flickers, and then we have to rush to get the backup generator going. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it. The office is usually filled with the sound of the machines. We have a few staff members who live nearby and help with the daily rounds. We aren't trying to be the biggest hatchery in Orissa, just a reliable one for the people who buy from us. The address might seem a bit confusing with all those plot numbers, but once you get to Madhapur, it’s easy to spot the building. We don't have any flashy signs. Just the work being done inside. My family has been involved in this kind of thing for a while. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the chicks are healthy and the orders are ready for pickup. It's a busy life, especially during the peak seasons, but we are used to the noise and the constant activity in the back rooms. Usually, someone is always there to check.
