Jindal Stainless

You can find us over in Jalasuan Patna, in the Kusaleswar area of Keonjhar. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we have set up shop for Jindal Stainless. The area is quite different from the big cities, with a lot more green and a bit more peace and quiet. Our office is a basic building where we keep all our records and handle the daily logistics. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff because most people around here already know where we are. It’s a practical way to run things. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers and warehouses. Dealing with stainless steel in this part of Orissa means we have to be very organized about transport. The roads aren't always great, especially after it rains, so we have to plan ahead. It’s just a small group of us here. We don't have a formal dress code or big meetings. We just sit down, have some tea, and get through the list of things that need doing. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure a shipment is ready for the morning.
