JHA BABA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is located right by OMC Chowk in Barbil, which is a very busy part of Keonjhar. We are quite close to the Shiv Mandir, so we can often hear the bells during the day, which is a nice background to our work. Barbil is a town that never really stops because of all the mining and industrial activity, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a practical space where we manage various projects. It gets a bit dusty outside because of all the trucks passing through the chowk, but that is just part of living and working in this region. We have been here for a while and have seen the town grow quite a bit. Our team spends a lot of time on site, but the office is where all the planning happens. We keep a lot of files and charts on the walls to keep track of everything. It isn’t a fancy setup, just some sturdy desks and enough light to see what we are doing. We don’t spend time on flashy advertisements or marketing materials. Most of our work comes from being present in the community and knowing the local requirements. People stop by to chat about projects or just to say hello since we are in such a central location. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and get the projects finished.
