Clinic Seva

We are right here in Keonjhar, just across from the District High Court Hospital. It stays pretty busy on this side of town because of the court and the hospital nearby. Every morning, I come in and get the place ready, usually before the traffic really starts picking up on the main road. The dust can get a bit much sometimes so sweeping the front is a daily chore that never seems to end. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait for whatever they need. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle things as they come. Most days you can hear the cars honking outside and the sound of people walking to the hospital. There’s a tea stall just down the way where I usually grab a cup around ten o'clock when things settle down for a minute. The walls are painted a plain color and we keep our files in the back cupboard where it’s out of the way. It’s mostly just a regular day here, talking to folks who stop in and making sure everything is in its right place. Being in front of the court means we see all sorts of people walking by all afternoon. Sometimes the sun hits the front window just right and makes the whole room feel warm, maybe a little too warm in the summer months. We just stay focused on the work at hand.
