Srusti Buildcon Pvt. Ltd is based in Pattamundai, which is part of the Kendrapara district in Orissa. Our office is right there in the local area, and we’ve been part of this community for a while now. Being in a place like Kendrapara means we do a lot of different types of building work, depending on what the local people need. We aren't a big city firm with shiny offices. We work out of a practical space where we keep our tools and our project plans. Most of our days are spent out on various sites around Pattamundai. The weather here can be quite tough, especially during the monsoon season when everything slows down because of the heavy rain. We just have to plan around it. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. When someone comes to us for a building project, we just talk about the costs and the time it will take. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. It’s just about getting the concrete poured and the bricks laid properly. We take our work seriously but we keep the atmosphere light.
