Our setup here in Kasananta, Pattamundai, is pretty straightforward. We are located at Bansidhar Sahoo’s place, c/o Bishnu Charan Sahoo. It’s deep in the heart of Orissa, in the 754215 area. Simplex Infrastructures Limited has a presence here because there’s a lot of essential work to be done in this district. It’s a more rural setting compared to the big city offices, which means things move a little differently. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is mostly a place to recharge and handle the essential logistics. It’s a local operation, run by people who know the land and the weather patterns around here. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a fancy reception desk. Most of the time, the office is quiet because everyone is out on-site. When we are here, we’re usually looking over plans or fixing some equipment that’s seen better days. It’s practical, honest work. We’ve become part of the local scenery over time. People stop by to chat or ask about the projects we’re working on. We don’t use any complicated jargon; we just talk about what needs to be built and how we’re going to get it done by the deadline. It’s a tight-knit group of workers who just want to do a solid day’s work and head home.
