Kwality Restaurant And Icecream. Delhi

We've been running Kwality Restaurant And Icecream. Delhi for a bit now. Our place is tucked away in Village Bhatapara, which is in the Kendrapara district of Orissa. I know the name says Delhi, but we are right here in the village. It’s a small, local spot where we serve up meals and lots of ice cream. It gets incredibly hot in this part of India, so people really appreciate having a place to get a cold scoop of something sweet. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have basic wooden tables and a few plastic chairs for people to sit on. My family helps me out with the cooking and cleaning. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's a busy kitchen, so there’s always something going on. We open up early in the morning and stay open until the last customer is done at night. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. Most people find us just by walking past or because they live nearby. We have different flavors of ice cream and some simple food items on the menu. We don't have a website or do any of that internet stuff. We just focus on the people who come through the door. It’s hard work, especially when the power goes out, but we manage. We’ve been here for years and we know just about everyone in Bhatapara. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just do our best.
