Jay Sadhu Spices

We are located in Ekarukhi, in the Natakai area of Nischintakoili. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but we stay busy with our spice work. Around here, everyone knows everyone else. We started Jay Sadhu Spices because there was a need for good spices in the local market. We spend our days drying, cleaning, and grinding different things like turmeric and chilies. It’s manual work for the most part. The air in our workspace is always spicy, which makes you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We don't have a big corporate office; our office is just a corner with a table and a ledger book where we keep track of everything. We buy from local farmers when we can, so we know where the stuff is coming from. Our machines are old but they still work fine as long as we take care of them. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to dry the spices outside, so we have to move everything under the shed quickly. It’s a simple life and simple work. We don't try to overcomplicate things with big words or fancy promises. We just make sure the spices are pure and that they get to the customers on time. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here. There isn't much more to say besides we just keep grinding and packing every day, year after year.
