Life in Ganjam is a bit slower than in the big cities like Bangalore or Delhi, and we appreciate that. It gives us time to focus on what we're doing. The 9th Lane is usually quiet, except for the occasional scooter or person walking by. Our office is simple. We have a few desks and some basic equipment. We don't have any mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just come in every morning and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the heat is a bit much, but we have a fan that helps. We don't spend any time on promotional activities. We just let our work speak for itself and hope for the best. Most of our neighbors are friendly and we feel like part of the community here. We just want to keep things going as they are. There’s no need to make things complicated when a simple approach works just fine. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay productive in our own way. We don't really have anything more to add.
