Ankur Agencies is located right in the middle of Dhan Mandi, which is always a bit of a mess with all the trucks and people moving about. We are in Gujarwada, quite close to the Shiv Mandir. You can usually hear the bells from the temple in the mornings when we are opening up the shutters. It’s a busy spot in Kekri and there’s never a quiet moment during the day. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of the other shopkeepers around here are like family to us. The office itself is nothing special, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and making sure things get where they need to go. Sometimes the dust from the mandi gets inside and we have to clean everything twice, but that's just part of being in this part of town. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the area, but once you find the temple, we are just a stone's throw away. We don’t do much advertising because everyone around here already knows who we are. We just focus on getting the daily tasks finished so we can go home. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy and we like the community here. The shop floor is worn down from all the heavy lifting over the years but it holds up okay for what we need.
