Punna Rao Dunna

I work out of 7-1/1/2, Siddartha Nagar Colony in Dammaiguda. It’s a quiet area for the most part, which is nice when I’m trying to get things done. My setup is pretty basic. It is just a room with what I need to do the job. I don't have a staff or a big office building. Dammaiguda has changed a lot over the years, with more houses going up, but this little corner of Keesara still feels the same. I spend most of my day here. Sometimes people from the colony drop by just to say hello or ask a question. It isn't a high-pressure environment. I handle things as they come in. There isn't any fancy software or corporate systems running the show. I keep my notes in a notebook and try to stay on top of the schedule. Occasionally, the internet goes out or the weather makes things difficult, but that is just part of living and working here. I am just one person trying to provide a service to the local community. I don't have a big mission statement. I just believe in doing the work that is in front of me and being fair about it. It’s a simple life, and I’m fine with that. My address is easy to find if you know the colony well enough and look for the numbers on the gates.
