Nagaram is a small spot and we are right in the middle of it. If you ask anyone in Nagaram Village where Kakatiya Industries is, they usually point you toward the main road. It is just a regular factory setup. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The building is mostly concrete and stays pretty cool in the morning. By noon though, the sun hits the roof and things warm up fast. We do industrial work, mostly stuff that people don't think about much. There is always a lot of clatter and the sound of metal moving around. We have some local workers who walk to work every day. It is nice because we know their families. We usually have lunch together in the small break area behind the main shed. There is a big tree there that gives some shade. We don't have fancy meetings or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just stand around the machine and talk it through until it is fixed. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, which makes it hard for the delivery vans. But we manage. It is a steady place to work. Nothing too exciting happens most days, but we stay productive. The village life is slow, but inside the gates, we are always moving something or making something. That is just our routine and we like the consistency of it all.
