We operate out of a space in Dr A S Rao Nagar, specifically at Lig B 459 in the Kapra area. It’s near the ECIL post, so it’s a residential neighborhood but there are plenty of small businesses tucked away like ours. We mostly deal with solar items, things like panels and heaters that people want for their homes. Our office isn't anything special, it’s basically just a room with some desks and samples of the hardware we use. Living and working in this part of Hyderabad means we see a lot of the same faces every day. The streets can be a bit narrow, so when we have a delivery coming in, it takes some maneuvering to get the vehicle parked right. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites seeing how things are going. It’s not the kind of place where we sit in suits; it’s more about tools and wires and making sure things are bolted down correctly on people's roofs. Sometimes the weather is too hot to be outside, but that’s when people think about solar energy the most anyway. We keep a stock of parts in the back so we don’t have to wait for every little thing to arrive. It is a simple operation run by people who live right around here. We just take the orders, check the equipment, and go where we are needed to get the job done properly.
