We are located at No. 268 right on the Trichy Main Road in Keeranur. It’s a busy spot, and since we’re right on the main road, we get a lot of dust blowing in from the traffic. The shop is full of boxes, wires, and different gadgets that we use for our installations. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we know where every single tool is located. Most of the time, the shop is empty because we are out on various sites, climbing ladders or crawling through crawlspaces to get things set up. It’s a lot of physical work, and we often come back with dirty hands and tired feet. We don't have a big secretary or a lobby with coffee for guests. If someone stops by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and wait a minute while we finish a call. We’ve been serving this area for a good while, and most of our business comes from people telling their neighbors about us. We don't have any big slogans or glossy brochures. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to solve whatever problem they’re having with their systems. It’s a straightforward way of living, and it keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the days are long, but that’s just part of being a small local business owner.
