Irania Hospital

If you are heading out toward Karunagapally, you will find us via the Vavvakkavu route. We are located right near the Varavila Post Office. It’s a fairly easy spot to spot once you get into the village area. The hospital isn't a massive skyscraper or anything like that. It’s a sturdy building that’s been part of this community for years. People around here usually just say the hospital near the post office when they’re giving directions to their relatives. The road outside can get a bit dusty during the dry season, and you might see a few cows wandering past the gate now and then. Inside, the floors are kept clean, and we have the usual benches for people waiting their turn. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for when the post office next door gets busy with people coming for their mail. We don’t have fancy elevators or bright neon signs. Just a plain entrance and some windows that let in the Kerala breeze. The staff knows most of the families who come in because they’ve lived in Vavvakkavu their whole lives. It’s just how things are in a small place like this. We have a small parking area out front, though it fills up quickly on Monday mornings. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do here every day in the Karunagapally area. It is just a basic hospital for local needs.
