Vikas Murmura Factory

Our factory, Vikas Murmura Factory, is located near the Shiv Temple in Khanpur. We are right in the Sirsa Meja, Sirsa Bazar area. If you can find the temple, you can find us. It’s a very local spot and everyone around here knows the way. The air around the factory often smells like toasted grain. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building is quite old now. It’s got a lot of character, as some people might say, but really it’s just an old factory. We spend our days managing the machinery and making sure the bags are filled. It is hot work, especially in the summer months. We don't have air conditioning, just a few big fans that mostly just move the warm air around. We don't have a website or a marketing person. We just rely on the fact that people in Sirsa Bazar know where we are and what we make. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood hang around outside. It’s a community kind of place. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. By the time the Bazar is in full swing, we are usually well into our day’s work. It’s a simple life at Vikas Murmura Factory. We aren't looking to change much, just keep things running as they are.
