Shruti Sharbat

We are over in Chitrakoot, right near the Vaishali area. Shruti Sharbat has been around for some time now, and it’s a small operation we run from this spot. Most of the time it’s just us mixing things and making sure the bottles are clean and ready for whatever needs to go in them. People around this neighborhood know the spot pretty well. We aren't some big factory with robots or anything like that. It’s just a local place where we make our drinks by hand. Some days it gets really hot outside and that’s when we are at our busiest, trying to keep up with the demand. We don’t have any fancy machines doing the work; it’s mostly just hands-on effort from the few of us here. My family has been living in this part of town for many years, so setting up near Vaishali just made sense for us. We just wanted to make something that people can enjoy when they are thirsty. It’s not a complicated business model. We buy what we need from local suppliers when we can. Sometimes the deliveries we wait for are late, but that's just how things go around here. We try to keep things clean and tidy in the workspace. If you come by the shop, you might see us out front moving crates around or loading a small van. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just focus on making the sharbat.
