Out here in Koraon, you will find Prayag Foods Beverages right opposite Sjic Lendiyari. We are at No. 289. It is a bit of a drive from the main city but this is where the work happens. We handle a lot of different food items and drinks. It can get pretty loud with the machines and trucks coming in and out. The floors stay busy and there is always something needing to be moved or packed. We aren't some giant factory with robots. It is mostly people from the local villages working here every day. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some days are long, especially during the harvest seasons when everyone wants things at the same time. The office is small and usually has stacks of paperwork on the table. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food and beverages ready for the local shops. Dealing with logistics in Koraon has its challenges like the road conditions or the heat. But we make it work. It is honest labor. Most of our neighbors know us as the place across from Sjic. We take our breaks together and talk about the weather or the crops. It feels like a community here even though it is a business on paper. We hope to stay here for many more years to come, just keeping our heads down and doing what we know.
