BINDAS INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED is located at 379 on the first floor in Seemant Vihar. If you know Kaushambi in Ghaziabad, you know it is a packed area with a lot going on. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the logistics for our infrastructure projects. We chose this spot because it's easy to get to and it puts us right in the heart of the NCR region. The "Bindas" name reflects a bit of our attitude—we try not to get too stressed out even when project deadlines are tight or materials are stuck in traffic. Most of our work involves being on-site, but the Kaushambi office is where the real planning happens. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust, a lot of paperwork, and plenty of long hours. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing things get built. We don’t use any fancy talk or corporate jargon because that isn't who we are. We are local guys who know the streets of Ghaziabad and how to get things done in this environment. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and coffee cups, but that just means we are busy working. We just want to keep doing what we do without any unnecessary drama or complicated mission statements that nobody actually reads.
