Bhushan Steel Ltd

Bhushan Steel Ltd is located out in Mahori, Khani, which is part of the Allahabad area in Uttar Pradesh. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, and it’s a pretty basic setup. The road leading up to the gate is often dusty, especially when the winds pick up in the dry season. Most of us get here early in the morning to start on the steel tasks before the UP heat really kicks in. It gets quite intense around midday, so the overhead fans are always running, even if they just move the warm air around. The office isn't anything you’d call polished. It has some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our time checking the loads and making sure the paperwork for the 212307 area is sorted. There isn't much around us here, just some open ground and a few local shops where we get our tea. The tea comes in small glass cups and is usually way too sweet, but it helps us get through the afternoon. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just a few calendars and some old charts. It’s a place where real work happens every day without much fuss. We know the neighbors and the local drivers who come by. It’s just a regular, quiet life out here in Khani where we focus on what needs doing for the day.
