We are located at Thekkumkarayil House in Kadamakkuzhy, which is near Vallakkadavu in Kattappana. Finding Angro Farmers Private Limited is a small operation run by people who really care about the land here. Kattappana is a beautiful place, but the work is tough. We spend our days dealing with the terrain and making sure our crops are healthy. The house serves as our main spot for getting things organized. It’s not like a regular office building; it feels more like a home because that’s where the roots of this business are. We spend a lot of time out in the fresh air, even when the heat is a bit much. There is always something that needs to be harvested, planted, or weeded. We don't have a lot of layers of management. If something needs to be done, one of us just goes and does it. It's very hands-on. We know the soil in Kadamakkuzhy inside and out. Sometimes we have visitors stop by to talk about farming techniques, and we’re always happy to chat while we work. It’s a steady life, governed by the seasons and the growth of the plants. We don’t look for shortcuts because we know that shortcuts don’t work in agriculture. We just put in the hours and hope for a good turnout at the end of the year. It's just how we do things in this part of the world.
