Vaibhav Eye Hospital

Setting up in Vaibhav Tower seemed like a big step when we first moved in. It’s a decent building, though the lift can be a bit temperamental on Mondays for some reason. Being an eye hospital, we need a lot of clean space and good lighting, which we have here. The lobby is usually where the day starts for me, saying hi to the security guard before heading up. It’s a lot of testing eyes and talking to people about their glasses or how they’re seeing things. We don't do a lot of fancy talking here. Most people just want to know why their vision is blurry and how to fix it. The tower is a busy place with other offices too, so there is always a bit of a hum in the background. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so I keep a sweater behind my desk. We have a lot of older folks coming in, and they usually appreciate that we don't rush them out the door. The waiting room has some big windows that look out over the street, and it’s actually quite nice to watch the city go by when things are quiet. I try to keep the water cooler filled up because people get thirsty waiting. It’s just a normal day-to-day business where we try to help people see a bit better. Nothing too complicated or formal about how we run things around here.
