Star Infotech

We set up Star Infotech on Bungalow Line in Madhav Nagar a few years back. It’s a quieter part of town compared to the main market, which we like. We deal with computers, mostly repairs and helping people with software issues. It’s a small shop, and the shelves are usually full of old monitors and towers waiting for parts. We don't have a big corporate team, just two or three of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or trying to find a specific screw that fell on the floor. People from the neighborhood come by when their laptops won't start or if they need a new cable for their printer. We try to be helpful without charging for every little thing. It's a relaxed atmosphere here. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and chat with whoever stops in. We aren't trying to sell anyone the most expensive thing; we just want to get their tech working again so they can get back to their own lives. Madhav Nagar is a nice place to be based. The street is lined with trees and it feels more like a community than a business district. We’re just regular people trying to make a living by fixing things that break. It’s not always easy keeping up with new updates, but we do our best to stay informed and help out whoever walks through the door.
