Space Rubbers Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Rubber Factory Road in the Rajiv Gandhi Ward. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here at the plant. The building has been around for quite a few years and shows its age in some spots, but it serves us well for production. We do a lot of work with different rubber materials every single day. The smell of raw rubber is quite strong, but it’s something you just get used to after working here for a few hours. We aren't a big corporation with shiny floors or fancy meeting rooms. Our floors are mostly covered in scrap bits and dust from the daily production process. The machines run most of the day and they can be quite noisy when they are at full speed. Our team is small and everyone pretty much knows what they need to do without a manager hovering over them. We don't have a big HR department or anything complicated like that. If there is a problem with a machine or an order, we just talk it out and fix it together. The road outside can get a bit muddy and difficult when it rains, making it tricky for the transport trucks to get in and out. We just deal with those things as they come. It's a practical place for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We've been in this ward for a long time and most neighbors know us.
