We are right in front of the Bharat Gas Agency, so people usually spot us when they are coming to sort out their cooking gas. It’s a handy spot to have a shop. While people wait for their work to get done across the road, they often step in to buy a cold drink or some snacks. We keep a variety of general items on the shelves. It’s mostly stuff for the house like cleaning supplies, stationary for the school kids, and basic groceries. The shop isn't very big, but we use every inch of space we have. You might see boxes stacked near the door if we just got a delivery. We handle everything ourselves, from unpacking the crates to cleaning the floors. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. The neighborhood is friendly, and we have a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello.
