Kalra Cranes

We’ve been running Kalra Cranes out here on Jabalpur Road for a good while now. Our spot is right opposite Subhash Transports in Katni, so if you’re driving past, you probably see our gear parked up. It’s not a fancy setup, just a yard where we keep the cranes and do our maintenance when they aren't out on a site. Most days start early, usually before the sun is even fully up, checking the oil and making sure everything is ready to move. We handle a lot of different lifting jobs around the area. Some days it’s moving heavy parts for a factory, and other days it might be something smaller that just needs a bit of height. People around here know where to find us. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it. We’d much rather be out there with the machines. It gets dusty and loud, but that is just how the work goes. We have a small crew, mostly guys who have been doing this for years and know how to handle the controls without making a fuss. If someone needs a crane, they usually just call or stop by the gate. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't any big corporate talk here, just the machines and the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we usually find a way to get it finished eventually.
