We handle the daily tasks like checking the inventory and making sure the workers are all set for their shifts. It is a very grounded way of working. No one is putting on airs. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure we are doing right by the project. The heat in this region can be something else during the summer, so we usually start our days pretty early to beat the sun.
