Chandak Hospital

Chandak Hospital is situated right at Chandak Chowk, which is a very busy part of the city. We have been here for many years, and the building itself is quite plain and easy to recognize once you get to the chowk. There is a lot of activity outside our doors at all hours of the day because of the intersection. Inside the hospital, we try to keep things as organized as we can, though it gets quite hectic when many people show up at once. Our staff spend most of their time walking the halls, checking on rooms, and handling the paperwork that never seems to end. We don't have a lot of polished marble or fancy decorations; it is just a regular hospital with white walls and functional furniture. We focus on the basic tasks like keeping the floors clean and making sure the supplies are stocked in the cupboards. The sound of horns and traffic from Chandak Chowk is something we hear all day long, and it just feels like the background music to our work. We aren't part of some big chain, we are just this one hospital at this one location. People know where we are because of the name of the chowk, which makes things simple. Our day ends when the night shift takes over, and then we do it all again the next morning. It is a lot of hard, honest work in a very busy, noisy area.
