Brijwasi Earth Moving Spares Parts Co. is located right on Jabalpur Road. We are very close to the New Bus Stand, which makes it easy for people to find us. The road is always busy with buses and people traveling. Because of that, there is always a lot of dust in the air. Our shop is packed with parts for big machines. We have heavy gears, filters, and all kinds of bolts stacked up on high shelves. It’s a lot to keep track of. Sometimes I have to climb up a shaky ladder to find what a customer is looking for. We don’t have a fancy computer system for the inventory. We just sort of know where things are. It’s a family business. My brother and I usually handle everything ourselves. It’s hard work because the parts are heavy and the shop gets really hot in the summer. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or goals. We just sell parts to folks who need to get their tractors or diggers back to work. Most of our customers are in a hurry because their machine is down and they are losing money. We understand that. We just try to find the right part as fast as we can. It’s a simple life on the main road, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
