It’s not like those city jobs where everyone wears polished shoes. We are mostly outdoors or in the shed. The road gets a bit dusty in the summer, but that is just part of life here. Everyone in the village knows where the farm is located. We deal with fertilizers and things that help the soil grow better crops. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving heavy bags around. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get real busy during the sowing season. The farm has been around for a bit of time now. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website to show off. We just talk to the people who walk in or drive up the main road. Sometimes we sit under the tree near the entrance to take a short break when the sun is too hot. It's a quiet life in Bhaganwara mostly. But when the season hits, it gets very loud with tractors and trucks moving in and out.
