Shri Balajee Con Chem India

Our place, Shri Balajee Con Chem India, sits right on N. H. 7. We are out in Village Ghagri Khurd, specifically on the Badera Road stretch. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of movement and noise. You hear those big trucks rolling by at all hours of the day and night. We deal with construction chemicals, so the office usually smells a bit like a warehouse. It involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving big bags around. The sun hits the front of our building pretty hard in the afternoons, making it quite warm inside. We started out here because it was much easier for the transport trucks to reach us without getting stuck in the town traffic. Ghagri Khurd is a small place, so everyone knows everyone. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with suits and ties. Most days I’m just in a plain shirt and trousers, checking the stock levels or talking to the delivery drivers. The dust from the road is a constant battle for us, but you get used to it after a month or two. We have a small desk for paperwork, but most of the real work happens in the back storage area. It’s honest, physical work. If a customer comes in, we just talk to them like normal people. No rehearsed scripts or anything like that. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the routine is what keeps us going.
