Aditya Dal Processing

Aditya Dal Processing is located in Village- Lohari, near the Katiya area. If you’re looking for us, we are right near Bhanu Kirana Store, which is where most people around here get their groceries. Being out in Post- Riyana, Patan Jabalpur, means we are surrounded by a lot of fields and open space. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the processing machines are running. The air usually has a bit of a dusty smell from the dal, and you can hear the machines from down the road. We have a small crew and most of them live right here in the village or close by. We don't have any big fancy signs or a glass front office. It’s mostly just a tin roof and a lot of bags of dal waiting to be moved. Every morning we check the weather because it affects how we work. If it rains, things get a bit messy on the dirt paths around the building. We spend a lot of time just making sure the equipment is clean and running right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. Sometimes we sit out by the store and have a tea when things slow down. Jabalpur is a long way off for us, we mostly just stay focused on what’s happening here in the village and getting the processing done.
