Down in Katihar, in the village of Simaria, you will find Sonish Hotels & Resorts Private Limited. We are located at House Number 73 in Ward 11, specifically in the Kolasi area. It is a very rural setting, quite far from the noise of any big city. We started this because we wanted to have something of our own in the village where we grew up. It’s a local business run by local people. We don't have a big corporate team or any outside managers. It is just us here in Simaria. The North Block of Korha is where we spend most of our days. Life here is simple. We offer rooms for people who are visiting the area or those who have some specific work nearby in Katihar. We handle everything from the cleaning to the basic repairs ourselves. It’s not always easy keeping a hotel-style business going in a small village, but we manage to make it work. The people around here all know us. We don't do much advertising; word travels fast enough in our Tola. We just try to keep the place decent and welcoming for anyone who happens to stop by. It’s a humble setup, but it belongs to us. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know every corner of the area. It’s just about providing a honest service to the folks passing through.
