Rajan Techno Cast Pvt Ltd is located in Purvi Bari Nagar, which is out near Guru Bazar in Katihar. Being out here in Bihar means we are used to a certain way of doing things. It's not like the big city offices you see on TV with fancy lights. Our place is where the actual work happens. Handling a lot of metal casting makes it quite hot and loud in the workshop during the day. The guys here have been with us for a long time and they know their way around the machinery like the back of their hands. No marketing team or fancy letters here. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to sort out a delivery or a technical issue on the floor. Katihar is a quiet place most of the time, but the factory stays busy with different orders. Once the materials are in, we try to turn out decent parts for our customers. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get messy during the rains, which slows us down a lot, but we just pick up where we left off. It is a practical business. Money isn't spent on fancy rugs or paintings for the walls. We'd rather just keep the machines running and make sure the orders are ready to go when they should be. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where we belong and how we spend our time working.
