Meena Offset Press

Meena Offset Press is inside the Prabhu Complex on New Market Road. Being near the United Bank of India means there is always a lot of foot traffic and people doing their errands. Our press is one of those places that feels a bit cramped because of the big machines, but it works for us. New Market Road is always loud with horns and people shouting, but once you step inside the complex, it quietens down just a little bit. We spend a lot of time checking the ink levels and making sure the plates are lined up right. It is messy work and our hands are usually stained with some color by lunch. We have been at this location for a while, and we know the other shop owners in the Prabhu Complex pretty well. Most of our day is spent handling stacks of paper and watching the offset rollers do their thing. It is not a high-tech setup with fancy lights, just some solid old machines that get the job done if you treat them right. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things moving. By the time we shut down for the evening, the whole place smells like paper and cleaning fluid. It is just the way we like it. We try to finish everything on time but sometimes the older machines need a little extra patience and some repair work.
