Katihar Medical College

If you find yourself in Karim Bagh, you’ll likely see Katihar Medical College. It’s a big part of this area. The campus is usually full of students walking around in those white coats that never seem to stay perfectly clean for long. It’s a busy place with a lot of coming and going at all hours. We aren’t located in some fancy new development; Karim Bagh is a real place with its own character and a bit of noise. The college buildings have that look of a place where a lot of work gets done. There are labs and classrooms and hallways that smell a bit like disinfectant most of the time. We have a lot of people living on site too, so there’s always someone around, even late at night when the street lights are on. It’s not a quiet, sleepy spot. You can hear the chatter of students discussing their exams or where they’re going to get tea. The brickwork on some of the older parts of the college shows the age of the place, but it holds up well. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just operate here in Katihar. It’s a practical environment for people who are trying to learn medicine. There’s always a bit of dust from the road and the sound of cycles passing by. It’s just how things are here in our corner of the city.
