A To Z Mobi

A To Z Mobi is located over in Lalji Complex, right near the Honda Showroom in the Mirchaibari area of Katihar. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know where the showroom is. We’ve been here for a bit, dealing with all kinds of mobile phones and bits and pieces that go with them. The shop is usually full of boxes and people asking questions about their screens or batteries. We don't try to make it look like a high-end boutique or anything like that. It’s just a small counter and some shelves. Katihar can get pretty hot and dusty, so we’re always cleaning the glass. We see a lot of the same faces from around Mirchaibari coming in just to see what’s new or to fix something they dropped. The work is mostly hands-on. We spend a lot of time looking at small parts and trying to get things working again. It’s not always quiet here; there’s usually some music playing or someone talking loudly on their phone while waiting. We just do what we can with the space we have. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of deliveries arriving at once, but we manage. It’s a local business through and through, just a few of us working together every day. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the shop open and helping out whoever walks through the door to get their phone sorted out, which is what we do day after day.
