Soft And Hard Skill Development Private Limited is based out of House Number 22 in Village Udhopura. It’s in the Bhagatpur Tanda block, and the post office is over in Udmawala. Being in a village, things move at a different pace than they do in the city. We don’t have the noise of constant traffic, which is nice. Our office is basically just a room in a house. It’s practical and it keeps our costs down. We have some desks set up and some equipment for teaching different skills. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time talking to people from the village and the surrounding areas. The road to Udhopura can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but it’s a pretty drive. We’ve been here for a while now, and the locals know where to find us. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. Most people just walk in or call us. We handle both soft and hard skills, which just means we teach a bit of everything that might help someone get a job or do better at their current one. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy. We like the quiet life here in the Bhagatpur Tanda block. It’s a good place to focus on learning without too many distractions. Every day is a little different, but we stay pretty grounded and just do our thing without making a big deal of it.
